Dr. Kristy Lee

DDS

Dr. Kristy Lee has always had a passion for dentistry. During her undergraduate years at North Carolina State University, she gained her first experience in dentistry while working as a front desk receptionist at a dental office. In 2006, Dr. Lee graduated from NC State University Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors in Biological Sciences. She then attended New York University College of Dentistry in 2011 with a full scholarship through the Health Professions Scholarship Program with the United States Air Force. 

After graduating from dental school, Dr. Lee had the unique opportunity to serve for the United States Air Force as a dentist and officer for five years. Dr. Lee was stationed at Osan Air Force Base, South Korea and at the Pentagon, where she provided comprehensive dental care to our nation’s military leaders across the Air Force, Army, Navy, and Marines. Since leaving the Air Force in 2016, Dr. Lee has been practicing dentistry in Washington, D.C.

Dr. Lee values the importance of continuing education and is constantly incorporating the latest advancements in dental technologies and techniques in order to provide optimal treatment and quality care. Through her Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD), Dr. Lee was able to become proficient in a wide variety of dental procedures, including root canal therapy, implant restorations, surgical extractions with bone grafting, crowns, veneers, and multi-disciplinary cases. She obtained her Invisalign training at New York University.

Patients love Dr. Lee for her soft touch, fun nature, and high standard of care. Her favorite aspect of dentistry is the relationships that she builds with her patients. When Dr. Lee is not chairside, you can find her chasing after her two young children. She enjoys yoga, traveling, and exploring new cultures and cuisines.

Dr. Wendy M Musolf

DDS

Dr. Wendy Musolf was born and raised in Erie, Pennsylvania the youngest in a family of four girls. She has lived in the D.C. Metro area off and on since 1987. There is a long history of Dentistry in her career. She started her study in dentistry in 1980 at the University of Vermont, School of Allied Health in Dental Hygiene and graduated in 1982. She practiced as a hygienist for twelve years, seven of them in the D.C. metro and Baltimore area.

In 1990, Dr. Musolf attended dental school at the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. She received a scholarship for her senior year from the United States Air Force and graduated in 1994 from dental school Magna Cum Laude and earned the distinction as member of the honor society Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU). She then completed her residency in an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) in Tucson, Arizona at Davis-Monthan AFB. She completed her service as a general dentist at Onizuka Air Station in Mountain View, California. After her service in the Air Force, she has been in private practice in the D.C. Metropolitan area since 1998.

Dr. Musolf most enjoys the relationships that she has with her patients and maintains an active interest in her continuing education in dentistry. She is a long standing member of the American Dental Association, Southern Maryland Dental Society, and several study clubs in the local area.
